That too, had classic\u00a0<strong>Targa<\/strong> styling, but in the case of the \u2018Greenster\u2019, the big news was that it was electric \u2013 with a battery that\u00a0<strong>Ruf<\/strong> claimed could be recharged in less than an hour using a 400-volt power source. The Greenster, we\u2019re told, will be produced in small numbers during 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Back to the\u00a0<strong>Ruf Roadster<\/strong>, and we see a solid rollover bar and the option of removing just one half of the carbonfibre roof. The rear section, in canvas with a polyglass window, can be left in place or opened independently of the roof.<\/p>\n<p>The engine choice is a naturally aspirated\u00a0<strong>394bhp flat-six<\/strong> (0-62mph in 4.6 seconds) or a\u00a0<strong>552bhp turbocharged<\/strong> version of the same.
